Every now and then I feel like I’m shooting for an American Eagle catalog… this was one of those times. Morgan and Michael are so photogenic and natural. I guided them a little bit, but for the most part all of these smiles, snuggles, and squeezes were 100% unprompted. They just adore each other, and it shows!
This shoot started a little bit treacherously. When we arrived at the Christmas tree farm, we had to hike up a steep, icy hill… but I convinced them that we needed to go to the untouched part of the land, where no one had been to cut down trees. Worth it! I think the fact that it had snowed the day before is what makes these photos so magical and cozy!
I’m definitely in the Christmas spirit now, and even more so, I can’t wait until this wedding next year. It’s going to be a great one. Morgan, I can “bear-ly” wait.
