I met Julie during my freshman year of college. We had a theatre class together and quickly became fast friends! She is sweet, intelligent, and kind– all of the qualities you want in a friend (and in Brandyn’s case, in a wife). It had been a few years since I’d seen her, so when I knew I’d be the one photographing Julie’s wedding, I was SO EXCITED. Not only were we finally reunited, but I got to meet Brandyn as well. You can just tell that Brandyn and Julie compliment each other perfectly. They aren’t afraid to be silly and have fun together! They’re also really adventurous– so for their engagement photos, we climbed to the top of a beautiful mountain. The hike taught me two things: 1) My favorite couples are the ones who are totally up for anything! and 2) I am really out of shape.
The views atop the mountain were beautiful, but I think Julie and Brandyn are what make these photos lovely. I can’t wait for their wedding next May!
