“She is my greatest adventure.”
Perfect weather– it doesn’t happen often, especially in the unpredictable state of Maryland, but it happened for Natalya and Elan’s beautiful, springtime engagement session. A shining sun and a soft, cool wind made shooting in Washington, D.C. a breeze. Get it? Breeze? … Sorry.
I had such a great time exploring the city with these two! Both Natalya and Elan are incredibly sweet and generous. Elan met Natalya in grad school, and they have been inseparable ever since, traveling all over Europe and building a loving, lasting partnership. I loved getting to know such an interesting, intelligent couple!
The engagement session quickly turned into a mini-tour of D.C. We visited some of their favorite streets and parks, and found some amazing backdrops! Those tulips!! I also have to give a shout out to my boyfriend/professional bag holder for assisting me, and keeping tourists out of the way.
Natalya and Elan, thank you for everything. I’m looking forward to your wedding this September!
